I deafeated the first lich in the cult dungeon but the door in the brige district (1600x3550) is barred from the other side. Help!

Actually, no.
You don't need a Rogue Stone to get in the Elemental Lich Building, Telchar, so you're trying the wrong door! The Lich's door is slightly above the one you're trying now. Both doors are trapped, BTW.

The door that opens into 'impenetrable darkness' is related to a different quest, and yes, you do need a Rogue Stone to get into that one. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Close but no cigar.

The barred door is for another quest, check the graveyard out.

Head to x 1800, y 3345. That's the door requiring a rogue stone. You dont want that though, but the one left of it. Both these doors are trapped and locked. You dont need anything special to get through the Elemental Lich's door.
