When you first start W&W and walk towards the cemetery there is a serpent dude on the path that asks about "Gareth, yesss?" [img]smile.gif[/img]

Is he a key part of the game or can one go ahead and toast him?
(Obviously this is with a party I've levelled up somewhat and then hitting Reset Adventure)

If you have already completed the game, you can find out that the serpent guy is actually Grue Morde, a renegade assassin, on his way to kill Gareth.

The game was not completely finished because even if you kill him at the start of teh game, Gareth still ends up dead and the Grue Morde quest from the pawn shop in Ishad N'Ha is still available for your new assassin (assuming you have such a character)..
