or whatever his name is. i dont get it. i have the mace of disruption. i went to him, beat his head in, and he changed shape. then i cast protection from undead from my scroll. also had protection from magic on. well, i beat him, and beat him, ate my thanxgiving dinner, and was beating him the WHOLE time. i did like 5000 points of damage total to him, and when i came back, he wasnt dead!!!!! WTF!!!!!??? so i TRIED to cheat. i did the control "Y" thing to him, and no dice. wtf is up?!!!!

It sounds like the sme thing that happened to me once. Restart your game and go back to the fight. He should die this time. Just a bug.

Did he speak to you ? This is important when facing Kangaxx. If you used the protection from undead scrolls to quick, he will not speak to you and can not die. This is the only thing i can come up with.

That's the thing with the "Prot. from Undead" scroll - he doesn't see you, but in order to kill him he MUST SEE you and make his speech. Either zap the scroll on the main char and don't use it on one char, whom the Kangaxx will see and talk to. I.e. Minsc, he's too stupid to use the scroll anyway, let Kangaxx see him and then Enrage him to be safe from the big bad spells. Or something. Try out what's best, but in any case Kangaxx must see someone to spew his 'evil speech' at..

um..........this may sound stupid but what is all this about Kangaxx or whatever his name is?
