I have developed a terrible bug in chapter four- just after defeating Irenicus. Jaheria is complaining over and over again now ("this is such a waste of time, etc.") every five seconds. If I deselect her, she stops the complaining, but otherwise, it is literally every five seconds. Does anybody have any idea how to stop this? Is there a patch of some sort for this?

Whats your rep? Cause that may be the reason.

Thanks for your reply- but the rep is 19. I wouldn't think that would be a problem- although I have no idea what IS the problem.

I do think thats the problem, cause Jaheira is only happy when your rep is between 6 and 18. Just try to get your rep down a bit.
I might be wrong, but give it a shot!

I'll be darned. Well, I'll try- but this problem only showed up when I was in the battle, and afterwards, against Irenicus, in ch. 4. But right now, the problem is intolerable, so I'll give it a shot. Thanks!

This happened to me once while in Bodhi's Gauntlet. I know exactly what you mean.

I finally managed to click "Rest" before she could repeat herself the billionth time. After the rest, she shuttup. No one was fatigued. For some reason, i think it is a bug, and not an issue of reputation.

Good luck...

That did it. It wasn't that easy managing to squeeze in a "rest" in between all the mutterings from Jaheira, but it did the job. Everything is back to normal again. Thanks a million!
