You might be able to start a relationship with Jaheira, but only if you havent kicked her out of the party. I dont think you can start a romance with Aerie, since you abviously are evil.

It is not so easy I think. It depends on your first Romance progression. If you in fact started to romance with Viconia (not just flirting) this has terminated possibility of other romances - sorry.
(Real romance with Viconia starts when you agree to sleep with her second time).
(In all romances - if flirting has finished than all others romances/flirts are cut).

No I don't think you can. This is actually the proper end to the romance, (just not a happy one ;) ). If you check your romance variables, you'll see it's 2, which means the romance is active. If you went to ToB it would continue. So no, you can't romance anyone else.
