Mine is just about anything Minsc says involving Boo from BG2.
I can;t think of any of the good ones off the top of my head, but they are hilarious.

Only one I can think of is near entrance to Vault 13 in Fallout, when you click at some dead guy lying there, "You see Ed. Ed is dead."

My favorites come from Starsiege. Anything from Sax. The times he picks to sing "Blueberry Hill" off-key...usually followed by Atanabe saying "focus, people, FOCUS!"
