Where do I go to trigger the paladin stonghold quest?

Good question. It happened to me when my character was over level 10 and I had to enter the Order of the Radiant Heart building anyway because of Anomen's sidequest, and they either talked to me or I talked to them to trigger it.

(Never got really far myself though, I rested first before I went over to the destination of the first stronghold quest and it turned out I was already too late. Had to reload in order not to run around like a fallen paladin for the rest of the game and for some reason I was never able to trigger it a second time. Complete the Windspear Hills quest first, then go talk to the Noble Order of the Most Radiant Heart.

Complete "resque child quest" in WindspearHills area. Father of the resqued child will tell about membership in the paladin's order. Then go to the Order's building in Athkatla and speak with the Prelate in his room - and you're in!

Shorter, just go to WindspearHills and follow the plot. But be prepared - this is not too_simple location!
