Now I would like to know the full list of classes that can dual class and the classes that you cna dual TO. THANKS!

I know rangers druids paladins and monks can not dual class!
What can't you dual to?

Just look up a multiclass list list, you can only dual to a class which also exist for your class as a multiclass option! for example a mage/thief is a multiclass and you can also dual from a mage to a thief (if your stats are right enough that is), but a ranger/mage doenst exist as a multiclass and you also can't dualclass between them, no matter what!

The manual said rangers and druids can't! But when has the manual been right?

Ranger's can dual class. Minsc for example can dual class but i've never done it. I dont like dual classing
