Does anybody know how to open the door in the northern part of the sewers in Athkatla? Also, where is Haer'Dalis capturer hiding?
Please help!

Simple answer, you need a key you find in the Windspear Hills to open the hidden door in the northern part of the sewers, and the door to where Haer'Dalis is being held is hidden in the western part of the sewers.
