Im only 15 and i want to make new skins and faces for some new races im working on(and some weapons) where can i find a free download that will let me do this? a demo or trial version kind of thing.

A well known favorite is Milkshape 3D, I use all types, I usually use some tools that come with the games along with the 3D suites I have, Milkshape is the only one I can think of right now that is not too game specific, but I don't think it'll work for this one, They have released a 3D studio plugin but, you probably don't have that, it's kinda pricy. Look on your CD's of all your games, sometimes there are toolkits, SDK's and other goodies for modding games. BTW, do some searches, and if you are wanting to do something for Morrowind it is nuilt on the NetImmerse game engine.
