I know this sounds stupid, but I've opened the door of the crypt by pushing the right hand statue. Then, I've gone down a set of winding stairs, to a rectangular room with a door on the other end. The door is closed, and I can't open it. How in the heck do I open it? Please help - I don't want to end this game before I've started it. Thanks.

There is a lever that opens the door, but it's VERY hard to see. If you have your back to the door that opened and you're facing the door that won't open, it's on the left hand wall, about midway between the doors, hiding in the shadows.

I don't think it's a stupid question at all - I was stuck here for some time myself.
