I just finished giving Irenicus a bit of pain,
but now i stand at the choice between:
-going through portal, possible entering underdark
-accepting saemon havarian's help, no underdark

Will i enter underdark eventually anywayz, or should i go through the portal now ??

Definitely the Havarian path. You'be allowed to enter an area in which you can gain a lot of xps and one of the best (if not the best) items in the game...and you will end up in Underdark anyway.
