Can someone tell me what the stars by your name mean

I believe the stars area a symbol of how many posts you have made.

Hi Jigster! Yes, the stars and titles correspond to levels of posts made.
They are entirely for fun and in no way should anyone feel bad at having a lower number of posts than someone else. Just a little humor and silliness thrown in for our amusement by our Webmaster!

The stars are just Ziroc's way of making more money. He made a bet with his boss that he could get the Gen Discussion Forum to have a million posts in the first month. He figured that if he gave us stars/levels we, being the competitive little buggers we are, would post like crazy just to get the levels/stars.

Ok, so maybe not, but it was so much more fun to say it that way than to just say it shows how much you have posted and is not that important. Just kinda an FYI thang . . .
