right freed the bloke, talked to the gravekeeper, where do i go in the bridge district?

Head down to the far southwestern side of the Bridge District, near the Temple of Helm. Go down one of the alleys there near the houses and you'll see a bloke dressed entirely in red. That's the guy you have to talk to.
