Right click the bar and hit properties. You may have to delete all and then add them in the order you prefer.

delete all? I don't mean the icons bottom right... I mean normal windows..

I'm not sure, but you may be able to click/drag them to the order you want.

Oh I see. There may be a way to do it through XP powertoys but at default I don't think so.
