i kno in bg1 you see him a fair bit. But where is he in Bg2 i think i might have seen him once of twice and they were only in the dreams. He was cool in BG1 and when i play through again i actually want to bump into him.

If you have the Jaheira romance going you will meet Terminsel if you are succesful, Terminsel is Elminster.

what effect does he have on the game?? doe she point you somewhere give you something or does he just give you one of his long winded speeches?

If you have a rep of 10 or higher you get a ton of XP and a good magical item.

Why does everybody think this has to do with the Jaheira romance ? It hasn't. I played a chick PC ones and i got the same thing with the harpers and with Terminsel. You will only miss out on some exp.
