Im trying to do Korgan Bloodaxe's quest to find the book but cant find the tomb.

Go to graveyard district, then when you find a tomb with some spiders in it, exit through the southern exit, then go south, south and south.

You need to go to the GraveYard District, enter into the lower tombs (where a spider nest is), across the entrance of the spider nest there is an entrance to Southern Tomb, go in there (new map).
Once you are in the Southern Tomb area, head to the end of the main hall (BEWARE: AMBUSH and TRAPS), there is a hidden door near the south corner of the main hall. Enter the corridor and walk all the way to the end where you see a big tomb. MAKE SURE KORGAN IS WITH YOUR CHARACTER WHEN EXPLORING, IN DIFFERENT AREA OF THE MAP HE WILL INITIATE DIALOGUE. Once you've reached the tomb area, Korgan will talk and the quest continues else where. (No more spoils for now).

Follow Neb's instructions. This will lead you to a room with many tombs, it appears to be a dead end, but there is a hidden door at the SE corner.

Only with Korgan in you party, without he, can´t advancer.

How does this interract with Edwin's quest? Are they in the same place?

Edwin's quest's location is ALSO in the Southern Tomb, BUT in a different area. The area you want to go to if you have Edwin in your party is the small room with the standing tomb (located in the far east end of the map, reachable from a small corridor).
