Has anyone done anything that's reduced their stamina? If not, I think that's a pretty serious bug. I mean, I found a raft.. but what do I need it for? My team can run the marathon, battle a horde of trolls, swim the ocean, and not even break a sweat.. without training!

The raft does move faster (with the shift key down) than you can swimming. It also keeps the piranhas away...

But no, I don't think this game uses stamina.

Actually, when swimming around the Crypt of Heroes, my stamina was getting drained for all the characters. Not too much, about 25%. It regened real fast, though. I've noticed I can run for a long time and maybe lost 1 pixel off my bar.

So the Stamina Bar is in the same place as the Mana Bar? When Magic isn't selected? And you've seen it change while swimming?
