HOF Mode Help: Chamber of Silk

Hi everyone, I am playing Icewind Dale II, HoF mode, in Chapter 4, the 8 chambers quest, with Chamber of Silk, and is stuck and need some advises.

In normal mode I can get through with Sunfire spell; but at HoF mode, the enemies (spiders) are too tough, my level 22 sorceror needs around 3-4 sunfire spell to kill the spider, and new spiders are keep coming out. Delayed blast fireball a little stronger but still not good enough.

Is there any way to get through? Thanks in advance!

You don't happen to have a druid, do you? If so, you could druid-shape into some form and perhaps fare pretty well against the spiders. Of course, since you in HoF mode your own summoned creatures get the benefits of HoF and can deal with the random monsters more easily.
