Since the exp cap in the expension will be much higher, will there be any level10 spells?
I doubt it because i can´t immagine anything more powerfull then those level9´s
(perhaps wail of the bangee with no saving throw).
And how about level15 druids, what special powers will they get?

A bit of history for those who are interested.

Up until before the fall of Netheril, wizards (then known as arcanists who were very much like sorcerers) could cast spells up to 12th level. These high level spells were mainly mythal-weaving type spells, or spells that sheared off a mountaintop to create a floating city. They were NOT wussy spells.

After the fall of Netheril and Karsus's folly, Mystra decreed that no arcanist could cast a spell above 10th level, and 10th level spells could only be cast if given permission by either Mystra or Azuth.

So, to answer your question - I doubt it. Then again, some of the spells that have been talked about are too powerful to be 9th level, so they might bend the rules a bit. http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif

Im sure Mystra would make an exseption for a half-god, and what of this wild-mage guy. He probable has an interesting hystory.
b.t.w what are these ´too powerfull for level9´ spells?

From various online modules here and there, all pretty much from that site. The Heroes Lorebook (not free but available from WoTC website) lists all of that. It's starting to get a little bit dated now though, and is only 2nd Ed obviously.
