How do we tell Jathil here the burial grounds are?

the temple will give you a quest to give a scroll to Jathil and in return he gives you a trait.
You can of course steal the scroll back off him and let someone else give it to him to get the trait for all your characters. There is a known bug with this quest once completed every time you enter Ishad Na`s temple you get credited with completing the quest
