can someone please tell me how to get into the shurugeon ruins

Go to the east side of the castle. Enter the moat (fight the piranna in your way). You will find a gate open underwater. Swim down. There are a couple of passageways here. You want to move westward. Watch for a lever that you will need to switch to open up other grates. Make sure you check all directions when you're swimming in these passageways, people have sometimes missed looking behind them. As I recall though, you should be able to swim UP near that lever and be further west. Once you are out of the moat on the west side, follow it around and you will locate a section of the castle walls which is in ruins. You can just walk in.

As you face the front of the castle jump into the moat and swim along the left side of the walls until you reach the end. Look down and you will see a hole, swim through it and pull the lever at the end. Go up and you should be in the moat at the back of the castle. Look around and you will see where part of the castle wall has collapsed.
