PS:T How to unlearn a spell

How does a character unlearn a spell in the spell book, to make space for another spell?

I have never played this game.
I don't see anything useful in the game manual.
It uses the Infinity Engine, which has been studied extensively for Baldurs Gate 2. There are game editors available for this game, I don't know if any exist for PS:T.
You could hex edit the save file to remove it, if all else fails. Decryption would be aided by the notes available for BG 2.
This has probably come up before, Google for forums that handle PS:T

I went looking in the Gamefaqs.com forums for PS:T. and this is what I turned up: http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/18797...rment/49763875

Apparently, you can not unwrite a spell once you've placed it into your spell book. You can memorize and un-memorize to your heart's desire, but they seem to have not invented pencil for the puposes of copying and removing spells.
