I looked all throughout the manual for SoA but can't find a table that lists the # of attacks/round for different levels. I want to dual a fighter to mage and attacks/round are the main consideration.

well, it depends on specialization and all. But at level 7, you get an extra attack around, and then another extra at level 12...I think. I never play fighters, so I'm not totally sure.

Fighters gain 1/2 extra attack every 7 levels for all weapons and also 1/2 extra attack when they reach grandmastery (for melee weapons). That's what makes them deadly.

Fighters rock!
I played a half-orc wizard slayer once, and I never had so much fun (watching those ■■■■■ wizards crumble in front of me and my axe)

Game Spy's PLanet Baldurs Gate page says when using two weapon style your off-hand only ever has 1 attack per round... what's up with that?? It should double your attacks per round...
