I only ever see them taking care of traffic issues on Friday nights and on Holiday weekends and even then they are only staked out at a few well placed speed traps. Which explains why people are putting their makeup on, reading the morning paper or shaving while doing 80MPH down I95 in the morning and never get pulled over....unless they crash. </font>
