Can someone please tell me how to get into the Serpent Temple? I've read about the key from the heretic. I met him, but guess I didn't talk long enough to get it. Can I get in there anyway?

Go south from the temple until you get to the river. Then go right in the water until you come to an iron gate. Swim under it & follow the tunnel & you will be in the temple.
