Ok, It's been over 3 months (game time) and I still can't find her! I've been to the Graveyard Dist. about 5 times now (at night) and she NEVER appears. Is it too late to complete this quest?

I could be wrong but I don't think I am. Valen is the trigger for Bodhi's quests in the search for spellhold. If you paid Galen Bayle (sp) the 15/20k gold he requires, you can't follow that route.
