Just a quickie. I read somewhere here that you cannot continue
with the game once you defeat Irenicus. Since I might want to
do some other side quests can comeone tell me where the final
battle takes place so I can avoid it. I have just exited the
Underdark. Thanks

the end is when you go to suldanessellar but to get ther you will have to get a item from boidi in the grave yard when u have that go back to where you came out from the underdark atfer you do all the side quests

Actually, you can go back anywhere right up until you descend the stairs to fight Irenicus.

Ouch, what about that nice bonus u get from that hell quest, kind of pointless if youre going to only use it for the final fight, so would you still keep the bonus if you export your char during the fight, and reimport him in a different game or are the nice immune to all under +2 weapon gone? along with some of the nice bonus??

It also bothered me that I couldnt finish the side quests after killing Jon, but you should be able to do that stuff when the expansion comes out as long as you do it before you go to the new area.

EB told me they will have ToB tomorrow so I'll find out soon enough.

Your main character will be able to keep any bonuses or items after Hell once TOB comes out. With the add-on, when you defeat Irenicus in hell you will continue on with other quests in TOB.
There is a FINAL SAVE slot that saves your characters just before you fight Irenicus for the last time, in Hell. When TOB is installed, just replay the final save file, fight Irenicus again, then continue on with the rest of TOB when he dies.
