Using shadowkeeper is the only way to get it without going through the underdark, I think it's a +5 or +4 leather armor which gives thieving bonusses, can only be worn by evil characters.

You have to go in Underdark. There's no other way to find it.
As for its stats are +4 and used only by evil charcters.
