Anyone know where Anarg the fallen paladin is? He is supposedly in the bridge disrict, any help would be much appreciated.

Just after you enter the bridge area - go 'down' between the wall and the first building. There you'll find some knights battling some smugglers. Help the knights and talk to their leader afterwards.
