I have just started out NWN as a rogue and was looking to bolster my character by adding a couple of henchmen. I have added the Barbarian guy from the mercenary guild, however, everytime I try to add another person it kicks him out. As such I have been limited to adventuring with only one henchmen. The manual states that multiple henchmen are possible so please help with this simple problem!

Having multiple henchmen in your party was only made possible with the HotU expansion, and only if the module enables it. The NWN OC and SotU do not enable it.
