First task from Scanthril was find Grundel.It was a corpse somewhere around the stout mines no?
I found Grundel and killed Raskalion ,but i didn't get second task to kill Raskalion yet.
Because i haven't withdraw a payment for first task may be i can't get the second task , no?
But for withdraw a payment i have to go somewhere to the north ,burrow at the hill side,but i can't find
the place when i have to withdraw a first payment.
You get to kill Raskalion as a first task Windeye ?

You have to give Scanthril the keyword "Job" i think, then he'll say that he wants YOU to assassinate Raskalion, giving up on Grundel whom he assumes has failed. The thing with Grundel really isn't important, it's just a lead onto you taking his job. ALWAYS use all the keywords given in any conversation, annoying but necessary if you want to get all the quests you can.
