So now instead of spending a relaxing Sunday and Holiday Monday, I will have to figure out some way of getting the damage fixed.

Wow - thx for the interest, My main problem is that I doubt that most of the quick replacement windscreen services will have a windscreen for a VW Corrado readily available, that and the hassle of dealing with my insurance company, getting to work on Tuesday etc.
