When one or more of your characters reaches the XP cap, will the experience recieved then just be shared amongst the characters who haven't reached the limit, or will experince try to be added to characters who cant get any more? cos if it is then its bloody stupid

AFAIK, its the bloody stupid option. dont worry though - imoen is only 1 million XP behind ...

or should thant be one MXP? i dunno.
