I was having fun the the docks ( bridges ) area and I robbed all the houses [ I am a chaotic good char ("_") ]

And I found in one house a horn of valhala and a crap load of magic goodies, gold and gems. no gaurds and only a few simple traps.

Wow crime does pay (^_^)

P.S. If I am working for the cowled wizards-rat fink bastards-- why on earth do they come and destroy me when I use a knock spell.

I found it just the other day, too. Hold on to the horn, you can upgrade it to make it more powerful.

the cowled wizards are coming after you because you havent bought a magic licence.

government district, talk to cornelius (i think), dont tell him the bloke that murdered him horribly sent you.

After second upgrade it can summon berkserk warrior of 9th level - personally I dont think it is worth to spend such big amounts of money on this horn.

in PnP, a lvl 9 berserk warrior is damn awesome... in BG2... :(

In bridge district in a house in the northern part near north-eastern wall, near fish-seller.

Berkserk warriors die quickly, have a simple axe to attack and even if survive are unsummoned quickly.
