Can anyone use D3D in windows 2000? I have a matrox g400, a supported card, and cannot find the D3D option in the game settings. All i see is software, and I'd like to change the resolution as well. Thanks.

i tried it with two different cards (gf2/tnt2) and win2k and win98...

i got crashes in every d3d mode... most unstabile was d3d 640x480..i wasn t able to go to the options menue..instant crash..

i now use software..the software renderer is very nice and my pc is quite fast...

Hi

it runs with no Problems in all Modes on my Voodoo 3000 , only Problem
is that it crashes in Software-Mode wenn i alt-tab to the Desktop , in
D3D it don't crash , but all the textures are gone after that
