I took Nalia into the party and she told me about the problem at de'Arnise Hold. Unfortunately I went and got her killed and then dumped her body in the Copper Cornet. I can't get the body back to resurrect her. Is the quest dead too or can I still do it?

Did you get the location from her yet? So long as the Keep appears on your map, you can access it, but you will not gain maximum Xp.

Don't worry as long as you have the Keep on your map you can do the task.
It will be the same with out The lost party member

No. You need Nalia for the dialogue.

sounds like u lost the chance of getting the keep 4 stronghold...don't feel bad, shit happens.
