Did anyone saw the good old days of MTV. I mean, did you see the shows of Ray Cokes or the ones of Zig & Zag, that was cool then. Just want to hear your opinion :D

Oh yes. Downtown Julie Brown. ;) When MTV was the channel to watch. Hehe. I remember in the 80's watching David Lee Roth singing Jump on MTV. My cousin and I were practicing our roundhouse moves and his was on a 360 move ..but not without connecting with his own demise!! He busted his butt and I hurt myself laughing at him.
Money for nothing and his chicks for free.

Ahh... old MTV! I remember coming home from scool and camping out in front of it until my mom got home from work. She of course didn't approve of that channel, so I had to sneak it in whenever I could! LOL

I remember A-ha :Take On Me: and Tears for Fears :Head Over Heals: Oh yeah, and David Lee Roth's cheeks hanging out of his pants!

That little astronaut placing the MTV flag on the moon will always have a special place in my nostalgia collection....right next to Nina Blackwod...always liked her better than Martha Quinn who was just too bubbly.

I remember the first time I ever saw MTV was in Connecticut, at my grandparents house, early 80's. They mainly only played rock videos, the few commercials that they had, which were so very few compared to what things are like now, were ALL music related as well. I LOVED it. Wish they would make a separate MTV channel like that again. Not that I hate MTV as it is now, there are a lot of shows I have enjoyed immensely that are a part of MTV today (Real World, Road Rules, JACKASS LOL), I just miss the old ways and days as well. ;)

yeah! and where they would play those Meatloaf videos like for all eternity without any cuts or edits! I love JACKASS!!! It's the best stupidest show ever! ;)
