Does a Barbarian wearing heavy armor lose his uncanny dodge ability or his increased movement, even if he is proficient in wearing heavy armor?

In 3e, they should, but I don't know if it was implemented in this game.

Yes I believe they do.

He definately loses fast movement (from my own experience). Not sure about uncanny dodge.
