I mean realistic classes that wouldn't seriously umbalance the game. What would they be called and what would their abilities and restrictions be?

Mine: Bladesinger - Good only, elf or halfelfs only. No armor greater than chainmail. Can only use weapon of choice which consists of either a dagger, shortsword, broadsword, longsword, katana. Any bladed sword type. After that weapon is choosen you can't specialize in anything else. You can use bows but all other weapons you can't even use, example - axes, maces, twohanded sword, crossbows, etc. With you weapon of choice you can grandmaster but takes longer than fighters to grandmaster. You can stealth like a ranger or monk. You can also cast spells but with the bard progression table.

I think a battlerager should have been in there too. I know they are merely dwarven berserkers, but it sounds more authentic.

But the rules say that humans can EXCEL in ANYTHING-(underline,bold,ittalic sentence)

The only dark spot a human should see is the multi/class thing!!

Well, that is one of the limitations of a computer game trying to go along with DnD rules. They can only do so much. Bladesingers can only be elven.
