Heya --

I'm just curious as to how I should go about starting the game again -- using a new party, from scratch. There seems to be no way to ditch all of my characters and start again (my lead character usually has an 'item that is essential to completing the game' thus I can't delete him). And if I make a new party and just go out with them (leaving my other party behind), I can't do any of the other quests that I've already accomplished. Help...?

(before I just uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but there *must* be an easier way)

I had this same problem. While in town, go to the Setup menu and look for something called "Reset Adventures" This will completely restart the game, and remove any quest items from party members. Then you should have no trouble erasing your old guys and starting anew.
