You must mean Ililthid! They are some montsters which can eat your brain! They are just like mind-flayers but they are more powerful!

Where there are monsters and barbarians there will be Byronas fighting against them.

you probably mean an ILLITHID. That's another name for a Mind Flayer.

Dundee Slaytern 10-23-2001 11:59 AM

Uilthids are a higher class of Mind Flayers, be careful. http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...miles/wink.gif They drain -4 INT as opposed to the Mind Flayer's -2 INT.

No no no I mean ulilthid. If you were paying attention while you were at the mind flayer dungeon or the mind flayer sewer are you will notice that there are some mind flayers called ulilthids that are slightly tougher than mindflayers but look the same. The only way to identify them is to move your cursor over them and press tab.

In the Monster Companion of the 2nd Ed. AD&D, the there appear no ulithids as far as I remember (unfortunately, at the moment I dont´t have the book at hand). The only other beeing mentioned is connection with Mind Flayers is the Elder Brain. But I don´t know, if in other publications this kind of Flayers is mentioned (for example in Spelljammer...)
