No that should end that quest and it should disappear from your journal.

has anyone solved the graveyard quest and lost the piece of cloth because there were 2 guys which i killed and i freed the woman do i have to do anything else to finish this quest?

no i mean the bloody red piece of cloth i still have it in my inventory!

Wrap it around your head to make you a better target for those goblin arrows...

1. its not a bloody hanky (although i could use it as one)
2. do i just throw it away? dont i ever meet the guy from the grave again?

Maybe I am misunderstanding this, but the buried alive guy and the red cloth have nothing to do with the tanner murders and freeing the lady and killing the two in Trademeet. They are two seperate quests. Now tell me that I have misunderstood so that I know I have made a fool of myself one more once

Well I think what he means is the buried guy in the Graveyard District, and you find the guys that bury him in the Bridge District. And Yes it has nothing to do with Trademeet or the Tanner Murders.

Its just 3 guys that have buried the guy, and there is another kidnapped woman upstairs where you find the guys ...
Although there is a ransom note in a chest there I think its the end of this Quest ... At least nothing happend to me
