It's in the Underwater City, and it really rocks. Travel with Saemon after you get past Spellhold, and you'll find your way there.

Take the evil option, and you'll find it from an estranged member of the royal family.

The good option is to kill the king and propagate the success of the sahuagin line.

The evil option is to doom them to future mediocrity by killing their best and bravest (the rebels).

You can side with the rebels, receive the quest XP then kill the lot of em with no rep' drop and no come backs. http://www.tgeweb.com/cgi-bin/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif
