he jumps too much.

All I need is a flame thrower and he will really get moving.

I didn't see too much jumping. But I think the guy in full plate would have serious problems if he were facing more than one opponent. He'd be so tired that eventually he would be easy pickings, not to mention his field of vision is really limited for that style of fighting.

he is jumping, you know, the small jumps. one important basic that many martial art masters teach is, you must have a strong hold on your feet. Jumping will provide your opponents many opportunity to attack you. so stay firm

Yup... when you're in the air, you've got limited mobility until you're back on the ground. This illustrates one of the reasons the Mongul's were so effective against armed knights. Overwhealming numbers in combination with light armor and high mobility.

That plate is very light also... I'd like to see someone try to fight unmounted in heavy plate. Although I'm no historian, I would think you'd be more likely to see a chain coif and open face helm used with such light armor as opposed to the full face helm. (very limited vision)

Correct me if I am wrong, but I have always been under the impression that full plate armor was a Renaissance phenomenon, used mainly in the tiltyard. Most of the images (tomb sculpture, manuscript illustrations, etc.) that I have seen of medieval knights fighting have depicted them in chain mail.
