In the beholder dungeon you can find very usefull things by clicking in the walls. I found a greenstone amulet, that have several charges where you become imune to psonic blast. The silver horn is located in a derelict home, in the upper area, by Aegesfield. THe house has louds of traps, and you'll see a fish seller right outside it.
