Unlocking chest in Orias Treasure Room
 

There's one chest in Oria's Treasure room in the lower level of the ice temple that I can't pick or force open. When I try to pick it, I get a message like this can't be picked or opened by simple spells or something like that.

Is there a lever or something I need to use?
