I am trying to find the rock breaking hammer on level 25.I broke open the crates but can't seem to find a hammer of any sort.Any and all help would be most appreciated.

You'll have to clear the whole level before finding the hammer. Did you by chance find any hexagon-shaped pads on the floor? - if so - you need to step on them and see what happens.....
