Okay so the ranger stronghold has 3 quests!
I got the stronghold did the first quest
Did a couple other side quests slepts about 20 days still NO quest 2 or 3 hmm is it chapter related?

Not all quests are triggered by resting or even game time. Many things (like most romance dialog and some stronghold quests) are triggered by REAL time, meaning you have to be playing (or at least the game has to be on and unpaused) for a certain amount of time before something happens.
