Could someone please tell me how to get to the next town. I have the Ring but cant figure out how to move to the next town.

I assume you're talking about the Mavin Signet and the next town you're trying to get to is Ishad N'Ha. Swim along the eastern (left) shore of lake and river until you come to a pier. Swim under the pier and into the tunnel. Have character with signet talk to middle oracle. Good Luck!
